    Do I need to book activities included in the pass?

    Once you have booked a pass, it is not necessary to reserve a time slot for the activities.

    Can I do an activity multiple times?

    The Adventure Pass and Fly Pass are valid for the entire day. Therefore, you can of course do the same activity multiple times. Activities do not start at fixed times during school holidays, but this may be the case on weekdays outside of school holidays.

    Why do I need to select an arrival time?

    The arrival time is a standard procedure in our booking system. It is purely for informational purposes and does not affect the use of your Adventure Pass or Fly Pass.

    Can I accompany someone without taking part in the activities?

    Yes, it is possible to visit the park without participating in the activities. In this case, you will need to get a "Cool Pass."

    Yes, we offer à la carte activities, which are available separately from the passes. Therefore, you can book only the activities without needing to purchase a pass.

    1. Where can I park and how much does it cost

    The parking fee is €10 per vehicle per day.
    Kiss & Ride (drop-off): 30 minutes free.
    We have two parking areas:

    • Parking P1: Rue Rome 1, 6940 Durbuy, Belgium.
    • Parking P2: Rue du Gibet 1, 6940 Durbuy.
      Annual parking pass: Enjoy unlimited access to the park for the entire year by paying just once.

    3. Are dogs allowed in the park?

    Yes, dogs on a leash are welcome in the park. However, they are not allowed in the kayaks for safety reasons.

    Access from Barvaux-sur-Ourthe train station (Line 43).

    6. Accessible access for people with reduced mobility

    PMR parking: A parking area (P2) is reserved for people with reduced mobility.
    Ramps are also provided to facilitate access to the facilities.
    Important: For safety reasons, individuals with reduced mobility must be accompanied by an adult.

    How do I book online with a gift voucher?

    Here is the procedure for booking your activity and redeeming your gift voucher: 

    1. Go to our booking page > https://booking.adventure-valley.be/#!/dates
    2. Select the date you wish to come and the activity(ies) 
    3. Fill in the registration form with your information 
    4. Select the "pay now" button, a window will appear on your screen asking if you have a gift voucher, select "yes". 
    5. Simply enter the 12 digits of your gift voucher and follow the rest of the steps to complete your booking

    What happens in case of bad weather?

    Activities are only closed in case of extreme weather conditions such as snow, freezing temperatures, lightning, thunder, or heavy rain. After heavy rainfall, kayaking may be restricted due to a high water level, which could pose a risk to participants.

    What should I do in case of an exceptional closure?

    In the case of an exceptional closure, we offer a voucher equivalent to the total amount paid, valid for one year. This way, you can enjoy another activity or experience at a later time.

    Can I smoke in the park?

    To ensure the health and well-being of all, and in accordance with Belgian legislation, smoking is prohibited throughout the park, except in specifically designated smoking areas. These areas are clearly marked on the park map. In compliance with the law, smoking includes the use of tobacco as well as similar products, such as e-cigarettes, which are therefore subject to the same restrictions. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant and healthy environment for everyone.

    Are there any dress code rules in the park?

    Yes, for safety and hygiene reasons, both adults and children are required to wear shoes and a T-shirt.

    Yes, two restaurants are available within the park.

    Can I bring my own picnic?

    You are allowed to bring your own food and drink into the park. However, it is not allowed to have picnics in the catering establishments and on their terraces. It is only allowed in the designated areas.

    What is the minimum age required to participate in the kayaking activity?

    The minimum age is 5 years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

    When is the kayaking activity closed?

    Kayaking is closed when the water level is too high due to heavy rain or, on the other hand, when there is not enough water after a dry period.

    Are there 3-person kayaks?

    No, we have single kayaks and double kayaks. However, a child under 115 cm (minimum 5 years old) can sit in the middle of a double kayak.

    It is recommended to book online, especially during the summer and weekends, to secure your spot at the desired times. Online booking is the only guarantee of access, and tickets on-site are available only if the maximum capacity has not been reached.

    You can cancel your reservation by phone at 086/21.28.15. In case of cancellation, you will receive a gift voucher valid for one year.
